This thesis tried to suggest a new methodology approach for addressing a complex phenomenon. The approach followed was under the scope of being used in early design stages and give the ability to the designer to think of various different possible solutions. Under this scope, it was important and it was of high priority during the thesis, to always try and keep things as computationally simple as possible because increasing time to results in early design stages is something totally undesirable. This has been done by using FFD simulation environment, which has been proved to be reasonably accurate to use as a first stage study. It has also affected other design decisions (such as the voxel size) in accordance with the intention of the study. It can be argued though, that following the same methodology steps and changing to more accurate tools where applicable, the same work can even be used in alter design stages with more engineering studies taken place. Basic ideas regarding enhancements that could help into bringing the usage of this work into later design stages can be found on the further development section.
